Good shoes for using elliptical machine? - used elliptical machines

I like the elliptical machine, but my feet always fall asleep or numb after about 20 minutes, forcing me to spend the rest of the training with numb feet ... Are there shoes that help to make them .. ?.

It also seems that if I wear thick socks, is not that bad ...
