I have a keyboard at home with a MIDI-out, I associate it with the right software on my computer with a USB / MIDI. The keyboard has a MIDI output only?

I think that is exactly what you want, there is no connection with the Plan.
The keyboard sends the sound to your PC and you will be able to save or to what they are doing the project.
