Night button bagless

A few days ago i noticed the palms of my hands were splotchy and very red and very tender.? - splotchy palms

The skin looks as tight, if I have hurt my fist and folds of the finger joints, bruises and some include thick disc. Joints also hurt when they move. I suffered from very mild allergies, a child is born, but most of them and never had an allergic reaction to something similar before. Someone said it could be a sign of dehydration, but I'm not sure.Can clarify this for me. would really appreciate it.
